"We had a lovely time in a lovely location. Very kind staff.
However, there were challenges: poor internet in Park building, mediocre breakfast, no lift in the chateau so 47 steps up to our second etage room in the chateau, few restaurants nearby and no restaurant in the hotel apart from breakfast room."
"Check-in instruction need to be clearly highlighted to customer before making the booking. I had to stay one night in a different hotel. Hotel.com support is very poor, when contacted the agent as he given Switzerland number to call hotel.
Stay at Rebstock hotel was really good and the service was really good.

"This property is spotless, staff super friendly, delicious breakfast included and the attached restaurant was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the area."
"The hotel was absolutely charming, with a warm ambiance set in a quaint rustic town—an ideal escape from the bustle of Paris. The rooms had a great vibe and view, offered quality amenities, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was a bit warm during our visit, so we really appreciated the in-room AC. The only drawback was our timing—visiting on a Sunday and Monday meant much of Obernai was closed, which made exploring a bit tricky. Still, it was a lovely overall experience!"
"The staff was very friendly and the room spacious. As hotel guest we had free access to the spa (sadly we were too early in the year for the outdoor pool to be open yet). The area feels very safe as there are many embassies around. The Orangerie Park is in perfect walking distance and great for a leisurely stroll. The hotel offers a great list of recommended restaurants in the area and there is quite a lot of street parking available all around the property, as well as a few charging stations...

"Very nice and helpful staff. Spacious room and bathroom. Hotel is close (walkable) to many areas in the city center- very convenient. And 10 minute walk to train station. "

10/10 Excellent
"Very spacious accommodation in the external bungalows. They were equally very clean and well stocked. Only suggestion is that they have a bit of coffee / tea stocked for the first morning.
Europa Park is about 7-8 minutes away, making for a stress free arrival, yet far enough away to be very quiet."
"Excellent clean property, staff were very helpful.
Transport to Europa-Park is very easy, bus stop is right outside the hotel. Train station is only 10 minutes walk away for travel further afield.
We will definitely be staying here again. "
"This is a brilliant hotel situated very close to Strasbourg's main train station. Incredibly quiet and a 5 star rating for value for money..
Room was spacious and spotless. Probably the best bed we have ever slept on?
Large flat screen TV, great shower.
Breakfast buffet was good with an excellent variety of food on offer. Free coffee and tea available all day.
Staff were lovely, always helpful and friendly. The room does not have a mini fridge or coffee/tea making facilities but with free beverages on offer in the breakfast area this wasn't missed by us.
